Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you use Carto Catral on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Carto Catral.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Carto Catral to send unsolicited bulk messages, host malicious content, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that put deliverability or safety at risk.
Credits & billing
Carto Catral is sold as prepaid credits. One credit is 0.10 EUR (other currencies are converted at the daily reference rate shown at checkout). Credits are consumed as you use services and do not expire for 24 months from the date of purchase. All prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
Bank transfer orders
Orders paid by bank transfer are provisional until we confirm receipt of funds. Banking details are sent to your email after checkout. Credits are added to your workspace as soon as the transfer clears — usually within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy for how refunds and credit adjustments work, including the 14‑day cooling‑off period for eligible consumers.
Promotional credits
Bonus credits, welcome discounts, and referral rewards are provided at our discretion, are non‑transferable, and may be revoked if we detect abuse or fraud.
Your content
You own your data. We only access it to operate the service and provide support you request. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content as required to deliver the product.
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and publish live status at status.carto-catral.com. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.
Warranty disclaimer
Carto Catral is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carto Catral's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Mandatory consumer‑protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in‑product and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
